The aim of this article is to examine the relationship between economic growth, international trade and marine freight transportation. For this reason, annual data for marine transport and economic growth determinants is used, during the period of 1978 to 2017 with the application of Auto Regressive Distributed Lag model to control the dynamics structure of the system in both of growth and marine transportation models. Results indicate an investment in marine transportation sector cause economic growth and also, marine transportation has a significant effect on International trade. Based on the results, its proposed to increase marine transport facilities in order to improve trade balance.

Nowadays, more than 90% of the global huge transit transportation is carried out through the sea ways. Different factors such as the emission of gases related to the fuel of ships in the sea and especially in ports, the leakage of oil materials due to marine accidents and the negligence of ship crews, the use of port equipment, impure diesel fuel in power station generators, etc., caused an increase in greenhouse gases emergence, environmental pollution and endangering human lives. Therefore, the creation and stablishing of green ports by applying the global and international standards and complying with maritime conventions and regulations would smooth out the process of the intelligentization of ports. In consequence, it can definitely increase the speed of goods transfer, the tracking of ships and goods, provide the transparency of statistics, reducing the costs and increasing the quality and capacity of the sea ports. This research for the above mentioned reasons, has applied the integrated theory that is empowered and developed by Dempster-Shafer and the interpretive structural equations of ISM (the green and smart components of ports). According to the carried out analysis, firstly, 9 key indicators were identified in the greening and smartness of ports, then the identified indicators were classified based on the Pestel analytical model. Finally, based on Dempster-Shafer method, it was indicated that the greenness indicator of the sea port margins with a weight of 0.141 is ranked in the first place and The amount of greenhouse gas production with a weight of 0.131 was ranked as the second one and in compliance with smart technology it was ranked in the third place with a weight of 0.128. This research is also applied the approach of the ISM method for identifying the applied indicators.

One of the most important issues in international marketing is the selection of export target markets, which is the first step in the process of internationalization of companies. In this study, the factors influencing the selection of export target markets of Iranian electricity industry in Persian Gulf countries were investigated. The influencing factors were studied and categorized into six dimensions, including political, market potential, economic, cultural, infrastructural, and legal factors. The views of experts, electricity industry professionals, and senior executives and representatives of Iran's foreign electricity exporters in the Gulf countries were examined. The statistical population of this research consists of 86 executives of the exporters of products of the electrical industry in Iran. In this research, the standard questionnaire for assessing the model of international markets by Wood and Robertson (2000) with 59 items was used. The questionnaire has content validity and reliability with a Cronbach's alpha of 0.819. The Friedman test was used to prioritize the effective factors and indicators (questions). To examine the role of demographic variables, independent t-test and analysis of variance (ANOVA) were performed using SPSS software. The average index was used to analyze the data. The results obtained show that among the dimensions studied, the variable of market potential is the most important dimension in the selection of target markets. After that, in order of importance, legal and legislative, economic, political and infrastructural aspects are the most effective aspects, and finally, culture was found to be an unimportant dimension in selecting export target markets of Iranian electricity industry in Persian Gulf countries.

AbstractThe present study seeks to examine the impact of innovative and focused programs on the development of sustainable exports and test it in the country's aquaculture industry. The research in the Iranian aquaculture industry has been carried out by a mixed (qualitative-quantitative) method and 46 exporting companies and eight university professors related to the mentioned industry have been studied. Interviews and questionnaires were used to collect data and analyzed by thematic analysis method, fuzzy Delphi technique, structural-interpretive modeling and Minimal squares technique. The research findings show that the country's aquaculture industry needs empowerment to successfully implement innovation-oriented programs. Also, in order to successfully implement innovative programs, it is necessary to create the necessary infrastructure for this important and align the structure of the organization with innovative strategies. The research findings also led to the presentation of a new model of the need for comprehensive preparation of firms for the implementation of innovative programs by introducing new levels of organizational readiness.

The present study seeks to identify a framework for implementing innovative programs in the Covid 19 pandemic. The research in the value chain of Iran's seafood exporting industries has been carried out by a mixed method (qualitative-quantitative) and 32 companies exporting the mentioned industry have been studied through multiple case studies. Interviews and questionnaires were used to collect data and were analyzed by theme analysis method, fuzzy Delphi technique, structural-interpretive modeling and partial least squares technique. First, the value chain of the design industry has been approved by experts. Research findings show that in critical situations such as the Covid 19 pandemic, parts of the value chain that are closer to customers have higher technical capabilities to design new tactics tailored to critical situations. In addition, managers' innovation and foresight are two important factors in achieving and managing innovative tactics to deal with critical situations. Finally, a new classification of different parts of the industry value chain has been designed and presented to better deal with possible future crises.

Change and development in the business environment have led to the creation of a new model of competition and cooperation in the market. The competition of most countries in the world market has led to a dramatic increase in competition in international trade. To consolidate the core role of companies and meet market needs, maximize market share and minimize running costs, adopting a competitive strategy has become common. The purpose of this article is to review the frequency and type of published research, the contents of research of influential countries and their cooperation, as well as major and flourishing thematic categories in coopetition strategy research from 1996 to 2022. In this study, we used CiteSpace software to analyze coopetition strategy research. Based on the analysis of 2998 researches from WoSCC database, the critical features of coopetition strategy research were obtained, which provides an overview of a system of coopetition strategy research with a view to the transportation industry worldwide. The results showed that given the thematic categories related to the transportation industry, were formed during the last decade (since 2010), but in the discussion of the flourishing of subject categories, the subject categories "Transportation Science and Technology" and "Transportation" Among the first three subject categories, they were identified with the strongest prosperity, and in particular, the industry in the last three years (2019 to 2022) has become an active field of coopetition strategy research. The results of this research will help researchers to quickly understand the frontiers of competing strategy research and gain more valuable scientific information. This study also provides resources for future research and useful insights for relevant researchers.

The maritime industry, Similar to many other industries, is adopting industry 4.0. The implementation of industry 4.0 presents significant advantages to the maritime industry including, creating new value, fostering cooperation between port actors reducing operational cost. This paper aims to analyze the most intellectual structure of industry 4.0 and maritime research. To identify the main clusters of this research, a document co-citation analysis was applied. Furthermore, the trend of total publications, the most cited authors, Geographical distribution, and cooperation of countries of this domain was analyzed with the help of CiteSpace and Histcite Software packages. The data collected for bibliometric analysis were collected from the web of science in the timespan of 2011 to 2021. The results reveal that the number of publications in Maritime 4.0 has significantly increased since 2011 and will continue to grow rapidly in the next few years. Regarding the Geographical Distribution of Publications in the research domain, such publications primarily originate from People R China, the USA, and Italy. According to document co-citation analysis, Digitalization, Artificial intelligence, and Blockchain are the most active clusters of maritime 4.0 research.

The present study, by reviewing some of the views regarding the reduction of the role of ports in economic growth and development over time, has tried to evaluate the effect of ports on economic growth in a group of 122 countries between 2004 and 2021. To achieve the goal in this research, the causality analysis of Dumitrescu and Hurlin was used in Unbalanced panel data and unit specific lag order, as well as a set of panel regression estimates. In this research, the liner shipping connectivity index has been used as the port performance index. The results of the causality analysis show that the bidirectional causal relationship between port performance and economic growth cannot be rejected. Also, the results of various regressions estimates of economic growth show that the performance of ports has a remarkable and significant effect on the economic growth of countries. . . . . . .

Economic shocks due to the occurrence of uncertainty as well as the effect it has on various economic programs and some macro indicators, change the motivation of economic actors and affect the production of the country's economic sectors. For this purpose, ARDL model is used for shrimp production on an annual basis and VECM model is used for seasonal shrimp export. The results show that exchange rate shock, price and white spot disease affect shrimp production. Exchange rates have a positive and significant effect on shrimp shock exports and both interest rates and prices have a negative and significant effect. The results of variance decomposition indicate that the most influential factor between the explanatory variables is related to the exchange rate, which after about 10 chapters explains 22% of export fluctuations, and interest rates and prices with about 9 and 5, respectively. The important point in the production and export of shrimp is that the conditions of sanctions have not affected this industry and because of its export value, it can plan for it in any economic situation and increase investment in this sector.

The issue of improving the quality of learning is a constant issue in any educational environment. In the training of seafarers, this issue is of particular importance due to international maritime regulations. The quality of learning that is influenced by a wide range of factors: from the labor market and educational policy to the motivation, effort and individual characteristics of students. The motivations for choosing a seafaring job and learning approaches are individual characteristics.The quality of learning is influenced by students' approaches to learning, a deep approach to learning is related to a higher quality of learning and a superficial approach to a lower quality of learning, on the other hand, learning approaches can also be influenced by job choice motivations that affect the entire career process. and both phenomena are important in improving the quality of learning.The purpose of the research is to evaluate the relationship between the motivation of choosing a seafaring job on students' learning and providing solutions to improve the quality of seafarers' education. The study of sources and documents was analyzed and then quantitative analysis was used to verify qualitative information.The statistical population consists of 100 ship navigation students who were selected through available sampling. The results show that the relationship between deep approach and emotional attractiveness of students, Spearman coefficient = 0.316, talent and personal interest, Spearman coefficient = 313. 0 and the use of the professional benefits of the seafaring job shows the Spearman coefficient = 0.186.That is, if a student chooses a job with the mentioned motives, his studies and education will be of higher quality. And in deciding to become a sailor with a superficial approach and choosing a job randomly or under the influence of relatives, the studies and learning of students will be of lower quality.

The purpose of this present study was to identify the factors affecting the development of the maritime tourism industry in line with the economic growth of the ports of Khorramshahr and Abadan and its effect on attracting tourists in the Arvand Free Zone. On the other hand, citing the research objective, ranking the factors affecting the development of the maritime tourism industry will increase the income of the ports and maritime organizations of Abadan and Khorramshahr, Arvand Free Zone, as well as creating job opportunities in Khuzestan Province. The method of this research is applied in terms of its purpose and in terms of descriptive-survey nature which is conducted by interviewing, observing, studying, and ... with a deductive approach to identify influential factors. On the other hand, in the quantitative part of the research, the analysis has been carried out. Data were analyzed by using SPSS and LISREL software based on the T-test and structural equations model. Based on the results, natural variables of other variables were more effective than those with a T-statistic of 14.84 and an impact factor, of 0.85, which is a significant amount. This value is considered strong in terms of the severity of the effect since it is more than 70%. On the other hand, the variable of political factors, with the value of t statistic, is 9.71, the coefficient of influence is 0.59, and the effect of average intensity has the least effect on attracting tourists to the Arvand Free Zone.

Marine Transport terms in competition of presenting safer services to its stake holders. The cargo and ship owners are considering the issue as their main concerns. Implementing the ISM Code is a way of achieving and improving mentioned safety goals. Implementation of these goals, would be in hands of correct operation of the ship’s masters and their crews. Management and responsibility of implementation of the ISM Code would be on shoulder of the ship masters and how they transfer the concept and importance of the Code to their crews. The role of a master is to intermediate between the shipping company and the seafarer and the ship as an individual. Appropriate management of inter relation plays a sensitive role on implementing the ISM Code. In line with the above, there are five categories for implementation of the code which, the following should be taken into consideration; human resource management on board of vessel, training of seafarers, the role of safety management in shipping companies and safety and security matters. These data collection has been carried out from a group of Iranian Ship masters as expertise’s, and the answers were obtained for the analysis. The role of motivation in improving the implementing of the code has been considered as a challenging point. In the second part of the research, notably the reliability of each part and motivation theory, has been taken into the consideration. To analyze the collected data, the SPSS 16 and AMOS software’s were utilized. The collected statistics showed that implementing of ISM Code by the Iranian seafarers is realized and the calculated amount of chi-square and the degree of freedom (df) indicates the virtually of the research. Therefore, implementation of the ISM Code along with motivation would have a positive effect in the safety on board of the ships and would result in the safety of navigation for Iranian seafarers.

The purpose of this study was to design a strategic map and implement swimming sports strategies in Fars province with a balanced scorecard approach. The research method is descriptive and applied in terms of purpose. Research data were collected in the field and in a mixed manner (quantitative and qualitative). The statistical population in the quantitative part, including the heads of the swimming boards of the province and cities and the managers of the clubs, was equal to 60 people and in the qualitative part, 12 experts. Due to the limitation of members, the statistical population was equal to the sample. The research tool was a researcher-made questionnaire whose validity was confirmed by 10 university professors and its reliability was confirmed by Cronbach's alpha test. (86/0 = α). Frequency percentage, logical induction method and strategic council were used to analyze the data. The results showed that in swimming province of Fars province, there are 4 perspectives of finance and development, customer, internal processes and growth and learning, 35 strategic goals and 38 criteria of determination. And 47 actions and initiatives were developed to achieve the goals. It can be concluded that the proposed model, in addition to implementing the strategy, has the ability to create the ground for achieving the long-term goals of Persian swimming.

This Plankton-eating species put many of creatures of Caspian Sea such as Common Kilkas, Sturgeons and Caspian seals at risk of distinction by disrupting the food chain. Due to the hard environmental and economic impacts of invasive alien species, the main question of this research is what obligations does international law impose on the Caspian coastal states to manage such species? In response, by using descriptive- analytical method and library resources, it was concluded that the Islamic Republic of Iran and other countries along Caspian Sea have become members of some global and regional environmental agreements which explicitly or implicitly, assigns them obligations on prevention, control and elimination of alien invasive species. International customary rules and general legal principles also impose obligations on these states to take preventive, precautionary and control measures. Violations any of primary obligations by countries or causing damage, can lead to the international responsibility of offending state or causing damage state. Therefore, international law is not challenged about existence of binding rules regarding the management of invasive alien species in Caspian Sea, but effective implementation of these rules requires further cooperation between member states.

The purpose of this research is to provide a model for international marketing of Iranian startups with a focus on Iranian virtual service startups. This research is an applied research in terms of its purpose; Because in addition to the educational and scientific aspect, it will also have a practical aspect for various companies and organizations related to Iran's virtual service startups. Also, according to its nature and method, it is a qualitative research. But since this research aims to design a model, the research approach is exploratory. The results of this research showed that, in general, the characteristics of the destination country, knowledge characteristics of the company, international experience of the company, communication, marketing skills, gaining experience and training, company structure, strategies, and classification of international customers are the main themes of the international marketing model of startups. Ports play a key intermediate role between maritime and other systemes of transport. Due to the many activities that are carried out in ports nowadays, there are various dangers at any point in port and working in the port is considered a high risk job. In this research, the factors affecting occurrence of work accidents in Shahid Rajaee Port were identified and prioritized. At first, the factors were identified using numerous interviews and meetings with operational managers, experts and HSE professionals and also review previous research and literature and then using Delphi technique they were selected. Prioritize the factors was done using AHP method and distributing 105 questionnaires which out of them 86 valid ones collected. The statistical population of this study are the managers and experts of HSE and operation Shahid Rajaee Port. Since research findings can be used to reduce number of work accidents in Shahid Rajaee Port, it is considered as an applied research in terms of purpose and is descriptive, in terms of the type and nature of the research. The importance and prioritization of each of the factors affecting the occurrence of workplace accidents were identified using the (AHP) hierarchical analysis process. The results showed that high risk-taking of the employees, excessive fatigue, inadequate supervision of contractors and staff / workers, respectively, were the first to third priority in influencing factors of work accidents in Shahid Rajaee Port.

Energy is the driving force behind all human activities. The scope of these activities is from day to day activities to macroeconomic activities in each country. Today, the world is moving towards lowering energy consumption and increasing the efficiency of using existing energy, and the issue of energy substitution in different contexts in scientific communities is under consideration. Energy is a major factor in the development of every country that needs more effort to achieve sustainable development. The transportation sector plays a key role in achieving development. Therefore, it is important to study the effective factors in this sector as the second largest energy consumer in Iran and in the world. In this study, a transport function model for the transportation industry in Iran is established and the factors of production include capital, energy and labor. The production stretch and substitution of each of the factors of production have been calculated and analyzed, respectively. The results show that during the period of 1362 to 1391, there is a relatively good substitution between energy and capital in the transportation sector in Iran. This means that, through greater allocation of capital in the transportation industry, energy-saving technology can be continuously upgraded and a succession of capital and energy can be realized. Also, the effect of substitution of capital and energy on the reduction of pollutants from fuel consumption in the transportation sector was investigated.

Organizational policies are constantly flowing in organizations. Paying attention to these policies and being influenced by people causes changes in the behavior of employees, which can bring about dramatic changes. In Khorramshahr Marine Science and Technology University, like the other organizations, organizational policies are influential, and people that are influenced by these policies show some behaviors in the organization. The method of this study is mixed and is a practical study. To identify the effective factors that creates triple political behavior in Khorramshahr University of Marine Sciences and Technology, Delphi technique was used. In the first part of this study ,10 persons of organizational elites were selected as the elites. Then, the items in three rounds were given to elites group to express their views. After completing the Delphi rounds, the adequacy of the Delphi rounds was declared with the Kendall coefficient, and 102 items were confirmed. In the second part, using a simple random sampling method, 196 persons of employees, members and students were selected to be investigated and thereafter they were asked to complete the prepared questionnaire. The collected data was analyzed using SPSS and smart PLS software. Path analysis method and significance coefficient t and significance coefficient p were used. The obtained results showed that organizational justice has the greatest impact on the occurrence of political behaviors in the field of financial promotion. Also, among the three identified variables, the organizational culture variable has the greatest impact on job promotion. Organizational justice has the greatest impact on public political behavior. Also, among the three influencing variables in terms of budgeting and goal setting, job promotion has the most impact. Using the results, the final model was obtained that shows the impact of organizational policies on the guidance of Khorramshahr Marine Science and Technology University employees in goal setting and budgeting.

One of the strategies that different governments use in certain circumstances to secure their national interests is to apply the theory of deterrence. Considering that today the main concern of the countries in the region and the great Western powers in the Persian Gulf region is the issue of security, and considering that the Islamic Republic of Iran has always rejected the interference of foreigners in the Persian Gulf region and emphasized on collective and local cooperations. As a result, Iran's views on security in the Persian Gulf and its policies have been shaped by internal factors such as opposition to the presence of foreign powers in the Persian Gulf region. The general result of these factors has led Iran to oppose any role for foreign powers, especially the United States, in the security arrangements in the Persian Gulf. In this research, using a descriptive-analytical method and using the theoretical framework of neoclassical realism and the theory of defensive realism, Iran's strategy in providing security in the Persian Gulf region has been studied.

The present study uses a descriptive-analytical method to investigate the role of the strategic navy of the Army of the Islamic Republic of Iran in the development of sea-based defense diplomacy. The findings of this study indicate that in general, the relations between the navy and the maritime industry related to defense affairs at the international level can be in the direction of macro diplomacy of a maritime country to protect and safeguard national interests. From this point of view, sending high-ranking naval delegations to participate in international Symposium such as IONS and the participation of various fleets in the form of shipping security fleets and training fleets of naval university students to international waters and visiting developing and developing maritime countries can have a significant impact on the promotion of sea-based defense diplomacy. Continuation of sea-based defense diplomacy can create a profound change not only in the field of sea-based defense but also in the field of maritime industry development and sustainable maritime development. Therefore, the promotion of sea-based defense diplomacy can play an important role in promoting and protecting national interests. In addition, the visit of naval training, peace and friendship fleet will strengthen public diplomacy, expand maritime relations with the littoral countries of the oceans and seas. Finally, the efficient and effective presence of the Strategic Navy in international waters has enhanced the security of the country's maritime transport lines such as non-oil exports, exports of crude oil and gas condensate, imports of basic goods and basic items of the country.

From the beginning of the formation of Islamic independence, various discourses have been formed to counter the threats as well as to secure the national interests. The Persian Gulf region has been one of the priorities of the Islamic Republic. The strategy that has been proposed to ensure the security of the Persian Gulf region is to apply the theory of deterrence. The deterrent strategy balances the confrontation with the United States as well as the countries of the Persian Gulf region and ensures and maintains the security of the Persian Gulf. As the three countries, Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates and Bahrain, are trying to prevent a security agreement between Iran and the Gulf countries, and their effort is to keep the United States open to the region in order to prevent Iranian influence. Therefore, it is necessary to use a deterrent strategy to deal with crisis-causing and destabilizing factors and to promote Iran's position. According to the research, it should be said that the impact of the strategic security environment of the Persian Gulf on the deterrence system of the Islamic Republic of Iran is that firstly our strategy leads us to a defensive strategy and secondly, our deterrence system leads to triangular and network deterrence. In this descriptive-analytical study, an attempt has been made to study the deterrent system of the Islamic Republic of Iran in the Persian Gulf.

The purpose of this study is to identify and rank the components of the model of succession management of organizational knowledge workers in the Ports and Maritime Organization of Iran. The present research is applied in terms of orientation and descriptive-survey in terms of purpose and has been done in a quantitative method. Data collection tool is a questionnaire that was conducted with the cooperation of 306 organizational knowledge workers and staff. In the analysis of the collected data, the identification components are ranked using the factor analysis model and the use of Smart PLS software. According to the results, the model of succession management of organizational knowledge workers in the Ports and Maritime Organization has five dimensions and eleven components and the results showed that the components of in-service methods and individual factors had the highest and lowest priority in model design, respectively.

Port has always played a strategic role in domestic and foreign trade growth for developed and developing countries. As the world moves towards globalization and distances are steadily narrowing, ports have gained a more active role in the economic growth of the country and are no longer just a passive operator for transportation. Port networking is a relatively new idea that has been the focus of leading shipping countries in recent years. In the networking approach, small and large ports can interact with one another in a larger network as part of the whole, helping stakeholders and organizations fulfil their provisions. In this research, the focus is on commercial ports of Bushehr Province, including Bushehr, Deylam, Genaveh, Rig, Morvarid Kharg, Mohammed Ameri, Buolkheir, Ameri, Dayer, Kangan, Nakhl Taghi and Asalouyeh. At first, using Delphi method, port evaluation indicators were determined and accordingly, ports of Bushehr province were operationaly classified in three levels and geographically in three groups. Finally, by placing the mentioned ports in the transportation networking models, a dynamic networking model for the ports of Bushehr province is presented.

The aim of this article is to examine household’s behavior in the area of see food consumption. For this reason, data for 38900 Iranian urban and rural households in 2012-2013, which provided by Iran bureau of statistic (IBS) is used to estimate the demand and analyze consumer behavior for fish, shrimp and other sea food items in Iran. Data revealed that many households were not potentially see food consumer and reported zero consumption. Missed data and zero consumption is considered as a character of household level data. Hence, Tobit and Heckman two step procedure is used as two alternatives to deal with zero data as an appropriate estimation procedure. based on findings, Heckman two step procedure has more explanatory power than tobit. Also, Economic factor such as Family Income, Demographic ones, such as Household head education, household size and average age of family, and geographic factors will affect see food consumption.
