شناسایی و ارزیابی پیشران‌های موثر بر آینده تأمین مالی پایدار در صنعت حمل‌و‌نقل دریایی

چکیده
تحقیق حاضر با هدف شناسایی و ارزیابی پیشران‌های موثر بر آینده تأمین مالی پایدار در صنعت حمل‌ونقل دریایی انجام شده است. تحقیق حاضر از نظر روش‌شناسی، آمیخته اکتشافی بوده و از حیث گردآوری داده‌ها، یک مطالعه میدانی است. جامعه نظری پژوهش، خبرگان دارای تخصص در حوزه‌های آینده‌پژوهی و تأمین مالی پایدار بوده و نمونه‌گیری به صورت قضاوتی انجام شد. حجم نمونه در این پژوهش برابر با 10 نفر بود. در این پژوهش از ابزارهای مصاحبه و پرسشنامه برای گردآوری داده‌ها استفاده شد. در ابتدا 25 پیشران از طریق مرور پیشینه و مصاحبه با خبرگان استخراج شد. در ادامه این پیشران‌ها با توزیع پرسشنامه‌های خبره‌سنجی و روش دلفی فازی غربال شدند. نه پیشران دارای عدد دیفازی مطلوبی بودند و برای ارزیابی نهایی انتخاب شدند. وزن شاخص‌های ارزیابی پیشران با تحلیل سلسله‌مراتبی فازی مردد بدست آمد. شاخص تخصص خبرگان دارای بیشترین وزن بود. نهایتاً پیشران‌های غربال شده با روش مارکوس ارزیابی شدند. بدین منظور پرسشنامه‌های اولویت‌سنجی بین خبرگان توزیع شد و نظر خبرگان در قالب طیف 10تایی گردآوری شد. پیشران‌های تقویت توان کارشناسی بانک‌ها در ارزیابی طرح‌های اقتصادی، تقویت فین‌تک‌های تأمین مالی در ایران، مدل حکمرانی سازمان‌ها و شرکت‌ها در صنعت حمل‌ونقل دریایی و تقویت اوراق تأمین مالی در بازار سرمایه بیشترین امتیاز و اولویت را داشتند. پیشنهادهای کاربردی پژوهش بر اساس مهم‌ترین پیشران‌ها توسعه یافت. برخی از پیشنهادها عبارت بودند از: متنوع کردن تخصص‌های افراد ارزیاب پروژه‌های اقتصادی، مشارکت راهبردی بانک‌ها با کسب‌وکارهای نوپای فناوری مالی و تلاش برای رفع موانع پیش روی توسعه فناوری‌های مالی، تقویت راهبری شرکتی در صنعت حمل‌ونقل دریایی و عمق‌بخشی به بازار سرمایه.
