چکیده

هدف پژوهش حاضر، شناسایی و رتبه بندی مولفه های مدل مدیریت جانشین پروری دانشگران سازمانی در سازمان بنادر و دریانوردی ایران می باشد. تحقیق حاضر از نظر  جهت گیری، کاربردی و از نظر هدف  توصیفی- پیمایشی بوده و به روش کمی انجام پذیرفته است. ابزار گرد آوری داده ها  پرسشنامه است که با همکاری تعداد 306 نفر از دانشگران سازمانی و کارکنان صورت پذیرفت. در بحث تجزیه و تحلیل داده های جمع آوری شده با به کارگیری مدل تحلیل عاملی و استفاده از نرم افزار Smart PLS نسبت به رتبه بندی مولفه های شناسایی شده اقدام شده است. با توجه به نتایج بدست آمده مدل مدیریت جانشین پروری دانشگران سازمانی در سازمان بنادر و دریانوردی دارای پنج بعد و یازده مولفه  است. نتایج حاضر نشان داد که مولفه های  روش های ضمن خدمت و عوامل فردی به ترتیب دارای بالاترین و پایین ترین اولویت در طراحی مدل شناسایی شده بودند.
