چکیده

این تحقیق به‌منظور جایگزینی آرد ماهی با سطوح مختلف کنجاله کانولا و تأثیر آن بر عملکرد رشد، بقا و ترکیب شیمیایی لاشه تاسماهی سیبری (Acipenser baerii Brandt) انجام گرفت. پنج جیره غذایی دارای پروتئین یکسان (45 درصد) و انرژی یکسان (53/18 کیلوژول بر گرم) فرموله شد. تیمار 1 به‌عنوان تیمار شاهد و بدون کنجاله کانولا و در تیمار‌های 2 (10C)، 3 (20C)، 4 (30C) و 5 (40C) به‌ترتیب 10، 20، 30 و 40 درصد کنجاله کانولا جایگزین آرد ماهی شد. بچه ماهیان با وزن اولیه 34/0±80/22 گرم (انحراف معیار ± میانگین) در قالب پنج تیمار و سه تکرار به مدت 10 هفته تغذیه شدند. در پایان آزمایش عملکرد رشد، بقا و ترکیب شیمیایی لاشه مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. طبق نتایج بدست آمده، بین شاخص‌های رشد و ترکیب شیمیایی لاشه در تیمار‌های مختلف اختلاف معنی‌دار مشاهده شد (05/0>P). کمترین عملکرد رشد در تیمار 40C مشاهده شد و بین این تیمار و سایر تیمارها اختلاف معنی‌دار آماری وجود داشت (05/0>P). از لحاظ عملکرد رشد بین تیمار 40C و 30 Cاختلاف معنی‌دار آماری مشاهده نشد (05/0
