چکیده

هدف این مطالعه بررسی پرورش ماهی کپور معمولی (Cyprinus carpio) درسیستم بیوفلاک و تاثیر آن بر عملکرد رشد و ترکیب بیوشیمیایی لاشه بود. تعداد 750 عدد بچه ماهی با میانگین وزن 05/0±17 گرم بطور تصادفی میان 30 عدد تانک پلی‌اتیلنی با حجم تقریبی 250 لیتر آب تقسیم شدند. تیمارهای مطالعه حاضر شامل 3 سطح کربن به ازت (C/N) مختلف 15،20و 25 و سه سطح پروتئینی جیره غذایی شامل 25%،30% و 35% با سه تکرار برای هر تیمار در طی یک دوره 56 روزه بود. بیشترین ضریب تبدیل غذایی و همچنین کمترین درصد افزایش وزن و نرخ رشد ویژه در تیمار با پروتئین 35% و 25 C/N در مقایسه با تیمار شاهد مشاهده شد (05/0>P). میزان درصد پروتئین لاشه در تیمارهای بیوفلاک با تیمار شاهد فاقد اختلاف معنی‌دار بود (05/0<P). از طرفی کمترین درصد چربی لاشه در تیمار شاهد بدست آمد که اختلاف معنی داری با برخی تیمارها داشت (05/0>P). بیشترین میزان درصد خاکستر لاشه در تیمار پروتئین 35% و نسبت 25C/N بوده که با تیمار شاهد دارای اختلاف معنی‌دار بود (05/0>P). همچنین بیشترین میزان درصد رطوبت لاشه در تیمار شاهد بوده که با تیمار پروتئین 25% با 25C/N ، تیمار پروتئین30% با 20 C/N و تیمار پروتئین 35% با 25 C/N دارای اختلاف معنی‌دار بود (05/0>P). نتایج مطالعه حاضر نشان دهنده توانایی پرورش ماهی کپور معمولی در سیستم بیوفلاک با پروتئین 25 درصد و نسبت کربن به ازت 15 الی 20 بود.
