چکیده

ااز آنجاییکه، نوآوری یکی از مهم‌ترین روش‌های بهبود عملکرد سازمانی محسوب‌ می‌شود، مدیریت دانش با ایجاد بستری برای گسترش دانش در سازمان این امکان را فراهم می‌سازد تا نوآوری به شکل چشم‌گیری افزایش یابد. بنابراین، هدف این پژوهش بررسی تاثیر مدیریت دانش بر عملکرد عملیاتی مستقیمأ و از طریق نوآوری است. در این مطالعه ابعاد مدیریت دانش (انتقال، ذخیره‌سازی، کاربردی کردن و ایجاد کردن) و ابعاد نوآوری (بازاریابی، فرآیند، سازمان و تولید) و در نهایت ابعاد عملکرد عملیاتی (سرعت، هزینه، کیفیت و انعطاف‌پذیری) در نظر شده است. جامعه آماری این پژوهش کاربردی متشکل از 420 نفر از کارکنان اداره کل بندر و دریانوردی خرمشهر می‌باشد که 291 نفر با استفاده از فرمول کوکران برای جوامع محدود، به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شد و پرسشنامه‌ای در اختیار آنها قرار گرفت. ابزار جمع‌آوری داده‌ها پرسشنامه‌ است که روایی محتوای آن را خبرگان و استادان دانشگاهی تأیید کردند و روایی سازه آن، از طریق تحلیل عاملی تأییدی بررسی شد. تحلیل داده‌ها و آزمون فرضیه‌ها با بهره گرفتن از نرم‌افزارSPSS 22 و روش مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری (PLS) صورت پذیرفت. نتایج نشان داد که مدیریت دانش، نوآوری و عملکرد عملیاتی را بهبود می‌بخشد. مدیریت دانش از طریق نوآوری نیز عملکرد عملیاتی را افزایش می‌دهد. همچنین، نوآوری موجب ارتقا عملکرد عملیاتی می‌شود.
