چکیده

ضایعات خرچنگ و میگو می‌توانند به‌عنوان ارزان‌ترین مواد اولیه جهت استخراج رنگدانه‌های کاروتنوئیدی و جایگزینی با رنگ‌های مصنوعی استفاده شوند. استخراج این ترکیبات ارزشمند از ضایعات آبزیان نه-تنها موجب رونق صنعت فرآوری آبزیان می‌شوند، همچنین آلودگی زیست محیطی را نیز کاهش می‌دهند. در این تحقیق از آستاگزانتین به‌عنوان ترکیب هدف استخراج با استفاده از دستگاه کروماتوگرافی مایع با کارایی بالا جهت آنالیز مقدار رنگدانه های استخراجی توسط امواج فراصوت و مایکروویو با توجه به فاکتورهای تعداد دفعات و مدت زمان استخراج، توان دستگاه فراصوت و مایکروویو و نسبت حلال به ضایعات برای بدست آوردن بهترین شرایط استخراج استفاده گردید. نتایج بدست آمده جهت استخراج رنگدانه‌ی کاروتنوئیدی توسط امواج فراصوت از ضایعات خرچنگ،3بار استخراج با نسبت 15 برابر حلال به ضایعات با توان90وات به مدت30ثانیه می‌باشد. که در نهایت مقدار رنگدانه‌یµg/g584/0±12/1407 بدست آمد و از ضایعات میگو1بار استخراج با نسبت10برابر حلال به ضایعات با توان150وات به مدت105ثانیه می-باشد که در نهایت مقدار رنگدانه‌یµg/g023/0±43/1257بدست آمد. بهترین شرایط استخراج رنگدانه‌ی کاروتنوئیدی به کمک مایکروویو از ضایعات خرچنگ،3بار استخراج با نسبت15برابر حلال به ضایعات با توان400وات به مدت6ثانیه می‌باشد که در نهایت مقدار رنگدانه‌ی بدست آمدهµg/g25/0±07/1082می باشد و از ضایعات میگو3بار استخراج با نسبت15برابر حلال به ضایعات با توان600وات به مدت6ثانیه میباشد که در نهایت مقدار رنگدانه‌ی استخراج شدهµg/g47/0± 25/1470بدست آمد. در مقایسه با روش مرسوم (خیساندن)،حداقل میزان استخراج رنگدانه های کاروتنوئیدی از ضایعات خرچنگ و میگو به ترتیب95و17برابر شده است. در نتیجه روش سطح پاسخ در بهینه‌سازی شرایطفرآیند، از روش‌های موثر برای استخراج رنگدانه‌های کاروتنوئیدی از ضایعات خرچنگ و میگو می باشد.
