چکیده

هدف تحقیق حاضر بررسی نقش شایستگی‌های بندر (شایستگی خدمت، شایستگی بازاریابی و شایستگی اطلاعاتی) در رقابت‌پذیری استراتژیک بر عملکرد بنادر استان خوزستان می‌باشد. تحقیق حاضر از لحاظ هدف، از نوع تحقیقات کاربردی محسوب می‌شود. با توجه به نحوه گردآوری داده‌ها، این تحقیق از جمله پژوهش‌های توصیفی (غیرآزمایشی) و از نوع علّی می‌باشد. ابزار گردآوری تحقیق پرسشنامه می‌باشد که پایایی آن با آلفای کرونباخ 85/0 مورد تأیید قرار گرفت. جامعه آماری تحقیق مدیران و متخصصان حوزه‌های استراتژیک و مالی بنادر کل استان خوزستان می‌باشند. تعداد این افراد 82 نفر برآورد گردید. حجم نمونه با استفاده از جدول مورگان 68 نفر برآورد گردید اما با توجه محدود بودن حجم جامعه برای گرداوری اطلاعات تحقیق و دسترسی به کل افراد جامعه، پرسشنامه در بین تمام افراد جامعه توزیع گردید. در این تحقیق برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها از آمار توصیفی و آمار استنباطی در قالب نرم‌افزارهای SPSS(22.0) و smart PLS(3) استفاده شده است. نتایج تحقیق نشان داد که هر سه نوع شایستگی (بازاریابی، خدمت و اطلاعات) بر رقابت‌پذیری استراتژیک تأثیر مثبت و معنادار داشتند و رقابت‌پذیری استراتژیک بر هر دو نوع عملکرد یعنی عملکرد مالی و عملکرد استراتژیک مؤثر بود.
