چکیده

صدف دوکفه ­ای Saccostrea cucullata، یکی از مهم­ ترین بی ­مهرگان صخره ه­ای سواحل جنوبی ایران است. در این مطالعه رشد و ترکیب سنی 80 نمونه صدف برداشت شده از سواحل بندر لافت، واقع در جزیره قشم مورد مطالعه قرار گرفت. نمونه ­ها از 5 گروه سنی( 1 تا 5 سال) تشکیل شده بودند. گروه سنی دو ساله ­ها، جمعیت غالب را به خود اختصاص داد و گروه سنی پنج ­ساله ­ها دارای کمترین جمعیت است. کمترین و بیشترین مقدار طول 20-70 میلی ­متر، عرض10-50  میلی­ متر، ارتفاع 50/3- 50/26 میلی ­متر، ضخامت پوسته 00/1- 90/5 میلی­ متر، وزن تر بافت نرم 75/0- 68/7 گرم به دست آمد. پس از بررسی نرمال بودن داده ­ها، ارتباط آن­ها به وسیله آزمون همبستگی و رگرسیون مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. نتایج همبستگی نشان داد که بین سن و سایر متغیرها، همبستگی مثبت ضعیفی وجود دارد و رابطه خطی معنی­ داری بین فاکتورهای رشد و سن وجود دارد. ولی به دلیل همبستگی ضعیف، هیچ یک از فاکتورها نمی­ تواند معیار دقیقی برای تعیین سن صدف باشد.
