چکیده

این مطالعه به منظور بررسی اثرات جایگزینی پروتئین پودر ماهی با پودر سویای تخمیر شده (FSM) بر عملکرد رشد، کارآیی غذایی، ترکیب بدن و فعالیت آنزیم های گوارشی در ماهی جوان شانک زردباله (Acanthopagrus latus) انجام شد. پنج جیره غذایی با میزان پروتئین و چربی یکسان در سطوح 0 (کنترل)، 100، 150، 250، و 300 گرم در کیلوگرم FSM آماده شد. گروه های با سه تکرار از ماهیان شانک زردباله (20 ماهی در هر تانک) با میانگین وزنی 01/0 ± 51/2 گرم به صورت دستی، سه بار در روز تا حد سیری به مدت 56 روز تغذیه شدند. نتایج حاصل از این مطالعه در پایان دوره آزمایشی نشان داد، ماهیان تغذیه شده با سطوح مختلف FSM تفاوت معنی داری در وزن نهایی، افزایش وزن، ضریب رشد ویژه، ضریب تبدیل غذایی و میزان بازماندگی با گروه کنترل نشان ندادند. ترکیب تقریبی بدن ماهیان نیز تحت تأثیر مقدار FSM در جیره غذایی نبود. فعالیت آنزیم های گوارشی در روده ماهیان در ارتباط به مقدار FSM موجود در خوراک قرار نداشت. این مطالعه نشان داد که حدود 30 درصد از پودر ماهی موجود در جیره ی ماهیان جوان شانک زردباله (Acanthopagrus latus) با پودر سویای تخمیر شده قابل جایگزینی است.
