چکیده

این تحقیق در سال 1393 با هدف تعیین و مقایسه میزان فلزات سنگین جیوه، کادمیوم، سرب، کبالت و وانادیوم در عضله دو گونه ماهی بیاح (Liza abu) و شانک زرد باله (Acanthopagrus latus) رودخانه بهمنشیر در فصل تابستان و زمستان انجام شد. سنجش فلزات سنگین به روش جذب اتمی و با کمک دستگاه Perkin Elmer 4100 صورت گرفت. تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها به کمک نرم افزارSPSS17 آنالیز گردید و میانگین تیمارها به کمک آنالیز واریانس یکطرفه (ANOVA One-way) با یکدیگر مقایسه شدند. نتایج نشان داد بالاترین میزان جیوه، کادمیوم و کبالت در ماهی شانک زرد باله در فصل تابستان بود. بالاترین میزان سرب در ماهی بیاح در فصل تابستان و بالاترین غلظت وانادیوم در ماهی شانک زرد باله در فصل زمستان به دست آمد. پایین ترین میزان جیوه، سرب و کبالت در ماهی بیاح در فصل زمستان سنجش شد. همچنین پایین ترین میزان کادمیوم و وانادیوم در ماهی بیاح در فصل تابستان بود. میزان جیوه و وانادیوم در عضله ماهی بیاح و شانک زرد باله در مقایسه با آستانه مجاز استانداردهای جهانی پایین تر بود، اما میزان سرب و کادمیوم بالاتر از حد مجاز استانداردها به دست آمد. به طور کلی میزان جیوه، سرب ،کبالت وکادمیوم در دو گونه مورد مطالعه در فصل تابستان بالاتر از زمستان به دست آمد، اما غلظت وانادیوم در فصل زمستان بالاتر از تابستان بود.
