چکیده

این مطالعه با هدف بررسی اثرات نانو سلنیوم (NSe) و ویتامین C (VC) بر رشد و شاخص های تغذیه ای و ترکیب بدن بچه ماهی کپور معمولی (Cyprinus carpio) انجام شد. جیره های آزمایشی با سه سطح NSe (0، 5/0 و 1 میلی‌گرم بر کیلوگرم) و سه سطح VC (0، 500 و 1000 میلی‌گرم بر کیلوگرم) تهیه شدند: VC0NSe0 (شاهد): جیره غذایی پایه بدون مکمل NSe و VC، VC0NSe0.5: جیره غذایی پایه + 5/0 میلی‌گرم NSe در کیلوگرم جیره، VC0NSe1: جیره غذایی پایه + 1 میلی‌گرم NSe در کیلوگرم جیره، VC500NSe0: جیره غذایی پایه + 500 میلی‌گرم VC در کیلوگرم جیره، VC1000NSe0: جیره غذایی پایه + 1000 میلی‌گرم VC در کیلوگرم جیره، VC500NSe0.5: جیره غذایی پایه + 500 میلی‌گرم VC + 5/0 میلی‌گرم NSe در کیلوگرم جیره، VC1000NSe0.5: جیره غذایی پایه + 1000 میلی‌گرم VC + 5/0 میلی‌گرم NSe در کیلوگرم جیره، VC500NSe1: جیره غذایی پایه + 500 میلی‌گرم VC + 1 میلی‌گرم NSe در کیلوگرم جیره، VC1000NSe1: جیره غذایی پایه + 1000 میلی‌گرم VC + 1 میلی‌گرم NSe در کیلوگرم جیره. ماهی‌ها به طور تصادفی به 9 گروه آزمایشی (مخزن سه تایی) تقسیم شدند که یکی از جیره ها را به مدت هشت هفته دریافت کردند. نتایج نشان داد که ماهی‌های تغذیه شده با جیره‌های VC500NSe1 و VC500NSe0.5 نسبت به سایر تیمارها به طور معنی‌داری نرخ رشد ویژه بالاتری داشتند. کمترین ضریب تبدیل خوراک در تیمار VC1000NSe1 و بیشترین در گروه کنترل مشاهده شد. نتایج نشان می‌دهد که ترکیب NSe و VC اثرات مثبتی بر رشد و شاخص های تغذیه‌ای ماهی کپور معمولی داشته است. به طور کلی، جیره غذایی غنی شده با 500 میلی گرم VC و 1 میلی گرم نانوسلنیوم (VC500NSe1) برای افزایش رشد ماهی کپور معمولی توصیه می‌شود.
