بررسی رژیم غذایی ماهی قزل آلای خال قرمز (Salmo caspius) رودخانه تنکابن

چکیده
در این مطالعه به منظور بررسی رژیم غذایی ماهی قزل الای خال قرمز 63 نمونه ماهی (42 ماهی نر و 21 ماهی ماده) در دی ماه 1397 با دستگاه الکتروشوکر صید گردید. دامنه طولی ماهیان نر و ماده به ترتیب (7/5-18/5 ) و( 6/5-21/5) سانتی متر و دامنه وزنی ماهیان نر و ماده به ترتیب (99/5-3/65) و (2/95- 59/42) گرم محاسبه شده است. پس از بررسی محتویات معده چهار ایتم غذایی شناسایی شدند که عبارتند از Trichopteraو Ephemeropteraو Plecoteraو Diptera . در مجموع نمونه ها Trichoptera با 60/37 % و Diptera با 52/24% بیشترین فراوانی نسبی حضور را داشتند. براساس مدل کاستلو و درصد فراوانی نسبی طعمه های خورده شده استراتزی غذایی ماهی قزل الای مورد بررسی عمومی بوده و طعمه غالی انها Trichoptera بوده و نمونه های ماده از طعمه غذایی Trichoptera به صورت اختصاصی استفاده نموده اند. میانگین شاخص شانون نمونه های نر و ماده به ترتیب 1/26 و 1/12 میباشد که تفاوت معنی داری بین میانگین شاخص شانون ماهیان نر و ماده مشاهده نشد. (P>0.05). میانگین شاخص یکنواختی برای نمونه های نر وماه به ترتیب 0.95 و 0.81 بدست امد که تفاوت معنی داری بین این شاخص در ماهیان نر و ماده مشاهده نشد (P>0.05). شاخص طول نسبی روده (0.073 ) بیانگر رژیم غذایی گوشتخواری برای ماهی قزل الای خال قرمز میباشد.
