چکیده

یکی از گونه های غیر بومی که دردهه اخیر در سواحل جنوبی دریای خزر درحال افزایش است دوکفه ای Mytilaster lineatus می باشد. هدف از این تحقیق تعیین تعداد، زی توده، درصد پوشش وبررسی عوامل موثر برتوزیع و پراکنش این دو کفه ای در سواحل سنگی مناطق مختلف حوضه جنوبی دریای خزر بوده است. ده ایستگاه در سواحل سنگی طبیعی و مصنوعی (ازآستارا تا بابلسر ) انتخاب و در طول یک سال به طور ماهانه از فروردین 92 تا اسفند92 توسط کوادرات 15×15 به صورت تصادفی و با 3 تکرار مورد نمونه برداری قرار گرفتند. میانگین تعداد افراد در کوادرت ها 9/381 عدد، درصد پوشش 6/32 درصد و زیتوده 0/32 گرم در واحد سطح کوادرات ها تعیین شده است. میانگین دمای آب48/16سانتی گراد، شوری87/9 قسمت در هزار، اسیدیته27/8، اکسیژن محلول 89/9 میلی گرم بر لیتر، قابلیت رسانای آب52/16متر در ثانیه اندازه گیری گردید. نتایج نشان داد که تعداد، زی توده ودرصد پوشش دوکفه ای در ایستگاه های 3، 4 و 5 نسبت به سایر ایستگاه ها تفاوت معنی داری دارند.همچنین ایستگاه 4 با میانگین7/1373تعداد، پوشش 00/90درصدی و133 گرم زیتوده در واحد سطح بالاترین مقدار سالیانه حضور جمعیتی این دوکفه ای را دارا بود. بر اساس آزمون PCA مهمترین عوامل موثر بر پراکنش این گونه شوری، دمای آب، پوشش جلبکی و میزان کلروفیلa در مناطق مختلف تعیین گردید.
