چکیده

محیط زیست دریایی آب های جنوبی کشور به علت شرایط اکولوژیک خاص، استفاده بی رویه از منابع دریایی و آلودگی های زیست محیطی، درمعرض خطراست. اهمیت حفاظت زیست دریایی با تنوع گونه های مختلف گیاهی، جانوری و آبزیان، افزایش یافته است. تخلیه آلاینده های زیست محیطی، کود و سموم شیمیایی، پساب های صنعتی وکشاورزی ازعوامل آلودگی محیط زیست دریایی به شمار می روند. هدف پژوهش، طراحی مدل بازاریابی داخلی مبتنی برحکمرانی شرکت توسعه نیشکر خوزستان درحفاظت از محیط زیست دریایی آب های جنوبی کشور می باشد. این پژوهش از نظر هدف کاربردی و از لحاظ شیوه گردآوری اطلاعات، توصیفی-پیمایشی است. جامعه آماری اول شامل اعضاء هیات مدیره، مدیران ارشد و اساتید دانشگاه و روش نمونه گیری هدفمند، قضاوتی و دردسترس می باشد. جامعه آماری دوم شامل مدیران و ذی نفعان بیرونی و روش نمونه گیری طبقه ای است. ابزارجمع آوری داده‌ها، پرسشنامه دلفی بوده که طی دو دور توزیع، فرایند دلفی خاتمه یافت. داده‌ها با استفاده از آمار توصیفی و استنباطی مورد تجزیه وتحلیل قرارگرفتند. روایی صوری پرسشنامه به وسیله متخصصان و اساتید دانشگاه بررسی و روایی محتوایی آن با استفاده از تحلیل عاملی انجام گرفت(KMO = 0/829)؛ پایایی پرسشنامه ازطریق آلفای کرونباخ مورد بررسی قرار گرفت (α= 0/976). نتایج تحقیق نشان داد بازاریابی داخلی برحکمرانی شرکت توسعه نیشکر و حفاظت محیط زیست دریایی آب های جنوبی، تاثیر مثبت و معناداری دارد. حکمرانی صنعت نیشکر، نقش مستقیم برحفاظت محیط زیست دریایی دارد. متغیر میانجی حکمرانی نقش معناداری دررابطه ی بین بازاریابی داخلی و حفظ محیط زیست دریایی دارد. بیش ترین ضریب همبستگی بین حفاظت محیط زیست دریایی وحکمرانی صنعت نیشکر می باشد. عمده ترین آلاینده های زیست محیطی عبارتند از تخلیه پساب نیشکر به دریا، رها سازی فاضلاب زراعی درزمین های پایین دستی تالاب، تخلیه پساب کارخانه الکل سازی رازی در رودخانه کارون، تخلیه مواد سمی فنلی با pH پایین و روان‌شدن انواع املاح غیرمفید درآب های جنوبی می باشد. پساب ها دارای عناصرآرسنیک و پتاسیم بوده و باعث ایجاد مسمومیت های غذایی و تهدید حیات آبزیان می شوند.
