چکیده

خصوصیات بافتی تخمدان ماهی اسبله( glanis linnaeus,1758  Silurus) در تالاب بین المللی انزلی طی یک دوره یک­ساله بررسی شد. تعداد 154 ماهی ماده به­وسیله تله صید و تخمدان آنها جداسازی شد. سپس، در محلول بوئن تثبیت شده و در آزمایشگاه فیزیولوژی پژوهشکده آبزی­پروری آب­های داخلی انزلی مراحل بافت­شناسی شامل آبگیری، شفاف­سازی، قالب­گیری، پارافینه و رنگ­آمیزی ائوزین هماتوکسیلین انجام و پس از تهیه مقاطع 5 میکرونی به­وسیله میکروسکوپ نوری مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. شش مرحله جنسی شامل: نا بالغ( Immature)، در حال توسعه اولیه(Early Developing)، در حال توسعه پایانی( Late Developing)، تخمدان رسیده( Ripe Ovary)، تخمدان رسیده سیال( Running Ripe Ovary)، تخمدان تخم­ریزی کرده( Spent) مشاهده شد. قطر تخمک برای 123 عدد ماهی اسبله در مراحل 2 تا 5 رسیدگی جنسی اندازه گیری گردید. میانگین اندازه قطر تخمک در مرحله دوم رسیدگی جنسی 4/1 میلی­متر بود که بتدریج در مراحل بعدی تکامل، افزایش یافته و در مرحله پنجم رسیدگی جنسی به میانگین قطر 36/2 میلی­متر رسید. در مرحله ششم رسیدگی جنسی مجدداً اندازه قطر تخمک کاهش یافت. روند افزایش اندازه قطر تعدادی از تخمک­ها در مراحل 2 تا 5 بیشتر از بقیه بود و در مراحل 4 و 5، این تفاوت مشخص­تر شد. تعدادی تخمک نیز در اندازه­های کوچک­تر دیده شد که در حال رسیدگی بودند ولی تخمک نابالغ دیده نشد. هیچ همپوشانی بین مراحل بالا و پایین رسیدگی جنسی مشاهده نشد. این امر نشان­دهنده تخم­ریزی در یک مدت طولانی­تر بود؛ که از این نظرتخمدان این ماهیان را می­توان جزء تخمدان­های دسته ای( Group Synchronous) در نظر گرفت.
