This study aimed to determine the concentration and seasonal alteration of di-(2-ethylhexyl) phthalate (DEHP) and di-n-butyl phthalate (DnBP) in the surface water of Chabahar Bay. Four replicated water samples were taken from the surface layers of seven stations in Chabahar Bay and prepared by dispersive liquid–liquid microextraction (DLLME) method, before being injected into the Gas Chromatography with flame ionization detector. In this method, 0.5 ml of methanol (as diffusion solvent) and 20 µl of carbon tetrachloride (as extraction solvent) were injected quickly into the sea water samples, and after extraction, the deposited phase was taken by a Hamilton syringe and injected into the GC equipment for measurement. Under the optimum extraction and experimental conditions, the method yields a linear calibration curve in the concentration range from 10 to 600 µg/L for target analytes. The enrichment factors for DEHP and DnBP were 775 and 790, the correlation factor 0.997 and 0.997, the limits of detection were 0.04 and 1.78 µg/L and the relative standard deviations of DEHP and DnBP were 0.0036 and 0.058, respectively.The results revealed that the concentration of DEHP and DnBP differ considerably at different stations. Significant differences were also observed between the concentration of DEHP and DnBP at various stations (P ≤ 0.05).}, keywords = {Keywords: Di-n-butyl phthalate,Di-(2-ethylhexyl) phthalate,Dispersive liquid–liquid microextraction,Chromatography with flame ionization detector,Chabahar Bay}, title_fa = {تعیین غلظت و توزیع فصلی آلاینده‌های فتالات استر در آب‌های سطحی خلیج چابهار}, abstract_fa = {چکیده :آلودگی اکوسیستم های آبی، موجودات زنده را درگیر مشکلات جدی نموده است. این مطالعه به منظور تعیین غلظت و توزیع فصلی دو ترکیب پرمصرف فتالات استر شامل DnBP و DEHP در خلیج چابهار صورت گرفت. برای تعیین غلظت این آلاینده‌ها، نمونه‌برداری به صورت فصلی از آب‌های سطحی در 7 ایستگاه و با 4 بار تکرار در هر ایستگاه در خلیج چابهار انجام شد و پس از استخراج این آلاینده‌ها با روش میکرو استخراج مایع – مایع پخشی (DLLME)، غلظت این دو ترکیب توسط دستگاه کروماتوگرافی گازی با آشکار ساز یونش شعله‌ای (FID) تعیین شد. در این روش 5/0 میلی لیتر متانول (به عنوان حلال پخشی) و 20 میکرولیتر از تتراکلرید کربن (به عنوان حلال استخراجی) به سرعت داخل نمونه‌ی آب دریا اضافه شد و بعد از استخراج، فاز ته نشین شده به وسیله سرنگ هامیلتون به دستگاه GC تزریق و اندازه‌گیری گردید. تحت شرایط بهینه شده نمودار کالیبراسیون در محدوده (600-10) میکرو گرم بر لیتر رسم شد و حد تشخیص 04/0 و 78/1 میکروگرم بر لیتر، فاکتور تغلیظ 790 و 775، ضریب همبستگی 997/ 0 و 997/0 و همچنین انحراف استاندارد نسبی 0036/0 و 058/0 به ترتیب برای دو ترکیب DEHP و DnBP اندازه‌گیری شد. نتایج نشان داد غلظت دو ترکیب در ایستگاه‌های مختلف بسیار متفاوت است. بین غلظت ترکیبات DEHP و DnBP در بین ایستگاه‌های مختلف، اختلاف معنی‌دار آماری مشاهده گردید (P≤ 05/0).}, keywords_fa = {واژه‌های کلیدی: دی بوتیل فتالات,دی اتیل هگزیل فتالات,میکرو استخراج مایع-مایع پخشی,گاز کروماتوگرافی با آشکار ساز یونش شعله‌ای,خلیج چابهار}, url = {https://jmst.kmsu.ac.ir/article_82203.html}, eprint = {https://jmst.kmsu.ac.ir/article_82203_404d9d34c9e718c2e17894bc46b563a5.pdf} }
